who i am
PARIS ROSENTHAL
Paris grew up in Chicago and earned a bachelor’s degree from Quest University Canada. She is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and overall health enthusiast. In addition to working with her own clients, Paris trains employees at the United Center and White Sox stadium. She also teaches functional strength classes at yogaview Chicago. Her certifications include NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coach), 200-hr yoga teacher training, Roll Model Method, and a master’s in exercise science (in progress).
Prior to working in fitness, Paris was a children’s book author. Her published works include #1 New York Times Best Seller, Dear Girl, co-written with her late mother, Amy Krouse Rosenthal and #1 New York Times Best Seller, Dear Boy, co-written with her father, Jason B. Rosenthal. She also wrote the New York Times Best Seller Dear Teacher, as well as Dear Baby, Project 1,2,3, and Uni the Unicorn in the Real World.
Aside from writing, Paris is passionate about music, soccer, organizing, sunshine, and conversations that skip the small talk.
